Shaping the future of Legionella control
Legionella Risk Assessments
Over 20 years' experience
With over 20 years’ experience, we deliver practical and cost effective solutions for the control of Legionella bacteria. Our processes are Legionella Control Association approved for domestic housing, workplace, retail and commercial sites and healthcare environments.

Risk Assessor Team
Our Risk Assessor teams are highly qualified and experienced in undertaking risk assessment surveys, with the minimum of disruption to staff, visitors and residents.
Quick & Easy Legionella Reporting
In addition, our reports are clear and easy to understand, with an intuitive and definitive list of prioritised risk rated recommended actions to be completed by the Responsible Persons.
We provide reports as either a PDF or hard copy, as required, and always take the time to ensure that the Responsible Person understands the report recommendations and what tasks they need to complete under current legislation and guidance.
How often do you need to complete a Risk Assessment?
ACoP L8 does not refer to a specific timeline between risk assessments, instead advising that they should be reviewed regularly to ensure they remain up to date, unless there has been a change which would trigger the requirement for a new risk assessment such as:
- Changes to the water system or its use
- Changes to the use of the building in which the water system is installed
- The availability of new information about risks or control measures
- The results of checks indicating that control measures are no longer effective
- Changes to key personnel
- A case of legionnaires’ disease / legionellosis associated with the system
