The new Asbestos Management Guidelines and what they mean to you
HBE is hosting an Asbestos Awareness and Management seminar on Tuesday 26th November about the HSA’s new Asbestos Containing Materials (ACMs) in Workplaces: Practical Guidelines on ACM Management and Abatement.
Our guest speaker for this event is Darren Arkins, senior inspector with the Health and Safety Authority (HSA) and a council member of OHSI.
Darren heads up the Occupational Hygiene Unit in the Chemical Policy and Services Division of the Authority, and has shaped the new guidance, so this is your chance to understand your responsibilities as an employer and/or facilities, building or property manager.
