8 people die in Legionnaires’ disease outbreak in Quebec

Eight people have died in an outbreak of Legionnaires’ disease in the province of Quebec. Health officials have identified 107 cases since July.

Public health workers have so far inspected and disinfected about 89 cooling towers in Quebec City.
