Our approach to quality
All HBE building inspections are undertaken to the same exacting standards and the information is compiled and recorded in our Compliance Management system, thus enabling us to provide relevant information to our clients’ partners & contractors, creating a clear information trail for audit purposes and importantly to ensure a strong continuity of standards within our service levels.
Our integrated Quality and Environmental Management Systems achieved registration to ISO 9001, ISO 14001 in October 2004 and then Occupational Health & Safety OHSAS 18001.
We are also UKAS accredited for Asbestos Surveying and Air Monitoring through ISO 17020 and ISO 17025 and a certified member of the Legionella Control Association (LCA.)
All UKAS accredited reports are issued by the Group Administration Head Office in Newry. Certification to the ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and OHAS 18001 management standards are applicable to services operated from the Head Office in Newry.
HBE holds full Employee and Public Liability Insurance as well as Professional Indemnity Insurance.
